HMG Paints, the family owned paint manufacturer, has been shortlisted by the Manchester Evening News, in their Business of the Year Awards for the Turnover £10M – £25M category.
The M.E.N Business of the Year Awards is the biggest and longest standing business awards in the region, with a long history of recognising and rewarding successful businesses across all sectors.
Gracienne Ikin, Communications Manager, said: "We’re delighted to have been shortlisted by the Manchester Evening News, as we head into our 90thyear of business.
"As a proud Manchester company, this award means a lot to us and we’re very much looking forward to the ceremony.”
Top performing companies from a range of sectors including tech, construction, manufacturing and fashion have been revealed as finalists for 27thM.E.N. Business of the Year Awards 2019, with the winners to be announced on Thursday 14th November.
Additionally, Finance Director, Candice Brett has been announced as a finalist for two personal awards.
Candice is shortlisted for Finance Director of The Year (less than £25M turnover) at the 2019 Finance Awards North West, along with a second nomination at the Northern Finance Director Awards taking place in November.
"I’m incredibly proud to be nominated for these awards, as the nominations come from my peers,” commented Candice.
"The nominations cap a fantastic 18 months of being with HMG Paints and I’m looking forward to attending the awards with the HMG team.”
