Radtech Europe (RTE), the independent European association for energy curing technology, has appointed Angelique Runacre as the new president and Holly Steedman as Vice President. Effective January 1, 2024, they will join the RTE Management Committee.
Runacre, the technical manager of research and development at Fujifilm Ink Solutions Group, has been appointed as the new president of RadTech Europe. With more than 25 years of experience in UV ink technology, Runacre is a driving force in the advancement of UV technology, pushing its expansion higher in order to become an industry standard.
In her role at Fujifilm Ink Solutions Group, Runacre is responsible for inkjet and flexographic ink development and has been an integral part of the RTE Marketing Committee. Notably, she successfully led the UV LED working group since 2022, playing a key role in promoting this cutting-edge technology within the industry.

Steedman, business and technology development director at IST INTECH, a Metz Holding Company, has been appointed as the VP of RadTech Europe. Steedman brings 18 years of experience in the energy curing industry, specifically in UV LED technology. She has actively contributed to the RTE UV LED working group and worked closely with Runacre in the past at FUJIFILM.
The new leadership team takes over from outgoing president Paul Kelly, who served the association for four years. RadTech Europe expresses sincere gratitude to Kelly for his unwavering dedication and leadership. Under his guidance, RTE organised numerous successful online and live events, and he played a crucial role in initiatives such as the deinking group and the creation of an extensive market map.
