Phoseon Technology debuts air-cooled and water-cooled LED curing solutions

Phoseon’s extensive portfolio of LED curing solutions will be showcased at the upcoming Drupa on May 31 to June 10 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Phoseon products are available in a variety of sizes to match UV printing application needs, and come in both ambient air-cooled and water-cooled solutions. With over 200 patents and trademarks, Phoseon has earned a worldwide reputation for innovation, quality and reliability. The product demonstration at the booth will display the new FireJet™ FJ200 solution equipped with Phoseon’s new WhisperCool™ technology. WhisperCool Technology offers a low noise solution with increased UV output. The FireJet FJ200 solution also comes with TargetCure™ technology that delivers precise, stable and consistent curing. These are the first of several new technologies Phoseon is bringing to the market in 2016 to improve customer’s capabilities.

Also on display will be Phoseon’s new FireLine™ FL400 LED curing solution, its highest power water-cooled light array with peak irradiance up to 20W/cm². The new solution is scalable to support custom length options, and offers exceptional optical uniformity for consistent and reliable curing. The FireLine FL400 is designed for the most demanding printing applications, with availability in June 2016.
