IMCD Group, a global leading distribution partner and formulator of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has appointed Emmanuel Colette as Managing Director of IMCD France, effective from March 1, 2024.
In his new role, Emmanuel will report to Olivier Champault, who remains President of the French entity and said: “I’m delighted that Emmanuel is taking on these new responsibilities, and I’m very confident of his success at the helm of IMCD France.”
Emmanuel brings more than 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, where he held management positions at Tipiak and Agrana Group. He joined IMCD in 2012, as Product Manager for the Business Group Food & Nutrition prior to being appointed International Product Manager in 2018. In carrying out these two roles, he helped develop crucial partnerships with major food industry principals. In 2020, he moved to Singapore as Director of Food & Nutrition Business Group for APAC region and as Managing Director of IMCD Singapore. During his experience in Asia, he contributed to double the Food & Nutrition business in three years through organic growth, supplier expansion and the acquisition of EurochemoPharma in Malaysia.

Emmanuel is French and holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology (from L’Institut Agro Montpellier and AgroParisTech) and completed an HEC programme where he gained a Business Executive Certificate. As Managing Director of IMCD France, he will be relocated to Paris/Saint-Denis.
