Heubach launches range of pigments

As a consequence of its focus on R&D work, Heubach is introduceing a full package of new products:

An innovative production line for Complex Inorganic Colored Pigments (CICPs) has been successfully started up in Germany that combines productivity and flexibility. This line enables the production of chrome rutile yellows revealing premium high tinting strength pigments. The current focus of Heubach’s R&D department is to ensure the availability of these pigments on a large scale. This class of P.Br. 24 pigments is commonly used in plastics applications.

The first product introduced to the market is the Heucodur Yellow 2550. It combines multiple properties in terms of chemical, temperature and weathering resistance with a high tinting strength.
Heucophos CMP is a zinc-free addition to Heubach’s anticorrosive pigment line. It is currently in the process of introducing it to the market. The non-zinc-metal complex represents a new generation in modern environmentally friendly technology without compromising the performance of demanding applications.

Vanadur 2108 is a green shade Bismuth Vanadate that is the result of development work based on the Vanadur product range. Vanadur 2108 shows extraordinarily high tinting strength and good hiding power combined with durability, chroma and dispersibility.

The Heuco Fit LR is a pigment preparation line consolidating Heubach’s know-how into pigment preparations offering colour solutions for lead chromate replacement.
Heubach has developed six products allowing direct lead chrome replacement for the most important shades.
