Clariant, has announced sales of CHF1.865bn (US$2.088bn) for Q3, compared to CHF1.709bn (US$1.913bn) y-on-y. This includes Süd-Chemie sales of CHF356M (US$397.9M). Sales growth was driven by higher prices and the acquisition of Süd-Chemie.
EBITDA before exceptional items fell to CHF216M (margin 11.6%) from CHF232M (US$259.6M) (margin 13.6%) y-on-y. and net income was CHF81M (US$90.6M) compared to CHF109M (US$121.88M) y-on-y.
