BYK: integration of rheology business update

In the course of restructuring BYK’s global marketing and sales organisation, a further step has been taken in the process of successfully integrating the rheology business.

"I am delighted that we now have such a highly efficient and blanket-coverage marketing and sales organisation in Europe with a significantly expanded product portfolio. In addition to the familiar BYK products, it is now also possible to obtain the newly acquired additives such as Optigel, Optiflo, Laponite, Garamite, Optibent, Tixogel or Claytone directly from the established BYK sales representatives in Germany,” commented Gerd Judith, Managing Director Marketing and Sales at BYK.

The new BYK sites in Moosburg (Germany), Widnes (UK), Gonzales and Louisville (USA) also have a contribution to make with their expertise in the exploration technology oil/gas, cosmetics and body care, or construction industry sectors towards closer customer contacts and even greater service orientation at BYK.
