The British Coatings Federation is to make its inaugural appearance at ChemCon Asia 2019 in Seoul, South Korea next week.
Ellen Daniels, BCF’s Head of Public Affairs and Policy, will be representing BCF, the UK trade association for the manufacturers of paint, printing inks and wallcoverings.
Miss Daniels will present on several topics of vital importance to the coatings industry, including Brexit, risk management measures and transparency in the supply chain.
Innovation and flexibility to political change form intricate parts of the strategy for the coatings industry’s future, particularly as it will compete on a global level following the UK’s departure from the EU.
ChemCon Asia 2019 is a global platform that brings together speakers representing companies, authorities and international organisations from more than 30 countries.
Presentations given by more than 50 speakers from governments and industry will focus on the field of international chemical legislation all over the world, such as REACH, TSCA, GHS and country specific information on inventories, labelling requirements, etc.
