American Ultraviolet launches UV roller coaters and curing section

Starting with its entry level small footprint hand-fed roller coater, designed for the smaller quick copy and digital shop with limited floor space, all the way up to its fully automated 40in line, available with all American-made optional feeders and stackers, are available from American Ultraviolet, AUV.

Standard features include but not limited to, easy removable applicator roller for quick change over from UV to AQ. Closed loop recirculating coating system. Interlock safety switches on doors and covers. Adjustable coating head accepting up to ¾in thick substrates. Operator touch screen controls with fault message readout. 200, 300W/in power option. Conveyor speeds from 40ft/m to 200ft/m; Custom light shielding to minimise light exposure; Independent drive motors for conveyor and roller coater; Start and emergency stop buttons at both ends of the system; Air cooled with high efficiency blowers; Dual purpose coating UV and Aqueous available with additional rubber roller.

AUV also offers large format roller coaters at 60 and 80in standard, as well as custom coating and curing equipment.
